Job summary

Babcock International Group is recruiting an Incident Responder for Capenhurst, near Chester, Cheshire. You will be the first line of defence, protecting people, assets and operations through patrols, access control, and rapid response to medical, fire and security incidents.

The role is on site, with a 4 on/4 off 12-hour shift pattern, totalling 42 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a Full UK Driving Licence, be able to achieve SC clearance, and demonstrate fitness to pass a

Qualifications

• Experience in incident response and frontline security.
• Strong report writing and information handling skills.
• Good health and fitness to meet shift patterns.
• Ability to adapt to shift work and emergency conditions.
• Security experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols, perimeter checks, and inspections.
• Support emergency response and coordinate with services.
• Maintain fitness and complete training.
• Manage access control and key registers at the main gate.
• Operate CCTV/control room systems and respond to incidents.
