Job summary

Plus Dane Housing is seeking a frontline customer service adviser to help customers access the services they need. You’ll be the first point of contact by phone, web chat, and in person at our Congleton office, listening, explaining and resolving enquiries with empathy.

This permanent role is 35 hours per week, based in Cheshire with a requirement to work from Congleton office two days per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits including 35 days leave plus holidays, a Christmas closure

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in handling enquiries.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across channels.
• Aim to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
• Record enquiries and actions accurately on our systems.
• Provide clear, accurate information and manage expectations.
