Qualifications

• Ability to complete stock records and time sheets.
• Literacy and numeracy skills.
• Commitment to following Powys Council policies and procedures.
• Open/close duties including security and being a key holder; respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the establishment and manage security as a key holder.
• Respond to emergency call outs and contractor/lettings openings.
• Lead a team of cleaning staff.
• Clean assigned areas to required specifications and perform building checks.
