AVEVA’s frontier AI research team is seeking exceptional researchers to advance industrial intelligence. You will define ambitious research initiatives, develop new models and architectures, and create validated prototypes across a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, strong publications, and collaboration with leading labs and universities to push the boundaries of AI in industry.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in ML/AI or related field and strong publication record.
• Evidence of original research through patents, open-source work, prototypes, or notable contributions.
• Hands-on ability in AI experimentation and software development.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead ambitious research initiatives in frontier industrial AI.
• Develop models, algorithms, evaluation methods, and architectures.
• Build experimental systems and validated research prototypes.
• Publish at leading AI venues and contribute to IP portfolio.
• Create benchmarks, datasets, and evaluation frameworks for industrial AI.
• Partner with AI labs, universities, and technology organizations.
• Take research from hypothesis through prototype and validation.
• Shape AVEVA’s longer-term AI research direction and strategy.
