Job summary

EY is seeking an Frontier AI Assistant Director to identify, shape, and scale emerging AI opportunities. You will link evolving client needs with breakthrough tech and lead initiatives from experiments to capability development across EY and partner ecosystems.

You’ll work with service lines, sectors, and alliances to translate complex AI concepts into business value, enterprise-ready solutions, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experimentation or prototyping with emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate technology opportunities into business value.
• Experience guiding complex tech initiatives across business and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape Frontier AI initiatives that connect tech with client needs.
• Collaborate with service lines, sectors, alliances, and innovation teams.
• Design experiments, prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate opportunities.
• Assess value, feasibility, readiness, risk and adoption potential.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to refine and advance capabilities.
• Build relationships across EY and external ecosystems to accelerate learning.
• Design reusable assets and playbooks to scale innovations.
