Job summary

Scale is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to work with enterprise clients, building ML solutions on the Scale Generative Platform. You’ll translate business needs into technical ML systems, collaborating with customer teams onsite and remotely to deliver data-driven results.

You’ll contribute to production code across environments, using Python and cloud tooling, and you’ll adapt quickly to new technologies while solving complex problems in AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong foundation in ML concepts and data-driven model iteration
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and Python ML tooling

Responsibilities

• Own, plan, and optimize the AI behind our Enterprise customer’s deepest technical problems
• Leverage Scale Generative Platform to build advanced AI agents across the industry
• Translate business requirements into technical ML solutions
• Meet with customer teams onsite and virtually to align data and ML needs
• Push production code in multiple development environments and debug in customer and Scale codebases
• Be able to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly
