Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer to own and grow a frontend engineering pod. You’ll be a hands-on contributor and a voice in technical direction, while partnering with Talent to build the team and with Engineering leadership to shape future frontend priorities.

You’ll build and lead a high-performing team of frontend engineers, influence architecture, tooling, and roadmaps, and deliver fast, accessible web and mobile applications used by millions of subscribers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years frontend engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams and hiring decisions.
• Strong hands-on contributor with product and design collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineering team and manage hiring and performance.
• Architect scalable frontend architectures for large-scale users.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design to deliver high-quality interfaces.
• Build UI components for web and React Native and drive accessibility across platforms.
