Job summary

Roc Search in London is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to join our growing team, focusing on React and TypeScript to build dashboards and data visualisations.

You will own significant parts of the development lifecycle, collaborating with product, design and backend engineers to deliver accessible, performant web applications.

Frontend Software Engineer – React & TypeScript

We’re working with a growing technology company developing software that combines AI, data and connected systems to solve complex real-world problems.

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join the team and help build intuitive, high-quality web applications.

The role

You’ll work primarily with React and TypeScript, building dashboards, data visualisations and user workflows that make complex information easy to understand and act on.

You’ll have significant ownership across the development lifecycle, working closely with product, design and backend engineers.

What you’ll bring

• Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience with APIs, asynchronous data and application state
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and reusable components
• Experience building responsive, accessible and performant applications
• Good testing practices and experience with modern frontend tooling
• Ability to take ownership and work effectively in a fast-moving environment
