Norton Rose Fulbright is building a new R&D capability focused on data-driven and AI-enabled products for legal services. The Full-Stack Product Engineer will own the user-facing applications, turning complex workflows into clear experiences with frontend emphasis.

You will deploy and operate the apps in Azure, collaborate with AI/data teams, and contribute to a reusable component library. The role requires strong TypeScript/React experience, Next.js or similar, and backend familiarity with

Competenze

• At least three years' professional experience in full-stack software engineering in a product or SaaS environment.
• Strong TypeScript and React experience, preferably with Next.js or similar production web framework.
• Backend capability with Node.js, Python or equivalent, including APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience deploying and operating responsive React/Next.js apps in Azure (App Service or Container Apps) and monitoring via Azure Monitor/Application Insights.
• Experience implementing enterprise authentication using Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO and OAuth/OIDC.

• Own the frontend architecture and user experience for R&D products from prototype to controlled production release.
• Build accessible, responsive web applications using TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Translate discovery and requirements into intuitive user journeys and delivery plans.
• Create AI-assisted interfaces including search, document review, and evidence views.
• Contribute to design system–driven components to improve consistency and delivery speed.
• Develop APIs and integrations with shared AI, data and platform services.
• Integrate data sources, search, and Microsoft 365 into workflows.
• Deploy and operate React/Next.js apps in Azure with approved hosting, config, monitoring and support patterns.
• Implement secure authentication and data access controls using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and use Azure services for hosting, secrets, telemetry and config.
• Write maintainable code with unit/integration/e2e tests; use Docker, Git, CI/CD in delivery.
• Establish reusable component library patterns across R&D products.
