Qualifications

• Strong track record of building modern React and TypeScript SPAs in production.
• Experience with complex form engineering with branching validation and cross-field dependencies.
• Ability to design multi-step flow state for long journeys that clients may pause and resume.
• Deep experience with TanStack Query: query-key design, cache invalidation, stale policies, and route-loader prefetching.
• Experience integrating identity verification, document upload, and OpenAPI-generated API clients.
• Experience implementing roles and permissions in both UI and API.
• Habit of testing with Vitest, React Testing Library, and MSW against coverage gates.
• Building accessible software to WCAG 2.1 AA with Tailwind, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.

• Make architectural decisions within the domain, document them, present them, and defend them before the tribe
• Build security, reliability, and observability into software from the start
• Use AI tooling with sound judgment about where it adds value
• Review code, raise engineering standards, and help less experienced engineers improve

Требования:

• Nice to have: Auth0 or a similar identity provider, Sentry or similar error tracking and observability, Azure Static Web Apps and Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD, Vite build and bundle work, regulated financial services or KYC/KYB or client onboarding, Storybook or another documented component library, real-time updates over WebSockets or SignalR
