Your Responsibilities:

• Lead with Vision: Architect and drive the development of the most exciting beautytech features, building tools that power personalised, data-driven beauty experiences. You’ll make real-world impact with every line of code.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Product Managers, designers, and key stakeholders to define the product roadmap. Shape technical strategy that brings groundbreaking beauty experiences to life.
• Raise the Bar: Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using TypeScript and React. Implement the best practices, ensure our code is reliable, and set the tech standard across Noli.
• Empower the Team: Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture, where innovation thrives. Mentor the next wave of engineers and help us recruit top talent eager to make their mark in beautytech.

• Startup Savvy: You’ve been at the heart of rapid growth (<100 people) at an early-stage company and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while delivering amazing results.
