Frontend Developer - Vuejs / Nuxtjs (REMOTE)

Senior Frontend Developer - VueJS / NuxtJS / Native (Fully Remote - £50,000 per annum)

IT Talent is working with a long-standing global digital services company to recruit a Senior Frontend Developer to join their fully remote development team. We're after creative, technically strong developers who are passionate about building slick, scalable frontends and native apps. You'll be joining a talented team who take pride in clean code, modern architecture, and delivering first-class user experiences.

The Role

You'll be focusing on VueJS and NuxtJS, building out features for consumer-facing products, while also creating native cross-platform applications using your preferred stack. The environment is modern, cloud-based, and microservice-heavy, running on AWS Lambda and API Gateway, with MongoDB on the backend.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Developing features and user experiences using VueJS and NuxtJS
2. Working with Tailwind CSS for clean, responsive UI
3. Building native components that work across iOS and Android
4. Supporting junior and mid-level developers when needed
5. Maintaining a stable and efficient web infrastructure
6. Writing scalable, maintainable code
7. Troubleshooting bugs and performance issues
8. Keeping on top of frontend trends and best practices

1. 7+ years of software development experience
2. Strong experience with VueJS/NuxtJS (or similar modern JS frameworks)
3. Comfortable with Tailwind CSS
4. Solid understanding of Git and version control
5. Good knowledge of RESTful APIs
6. Experience building SPAs and PWAs
7. Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and improving dev lifecycle processes
8. Agile team experience is a big plus
