Job description

Join our operational research team as an innovative frontend developer! While we value full-stack experience, your primary focus will be on frontend development. In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with our talented operational research experts, designers, and project managers to craft captivating digital experiences for our clients. You'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including supporting client project delivery, along with enhancing and developing our internal web and native applications and websites.

  • Collaborate with clients to articulate technology value through web and native applications.
  • Lead the development and configuration of web and native applications for clients.
  • Maintain deployment infrastructure for PWA client deliverables.
  • Work with design and project teams to ensure technical viability of UI/UX designs.
  • Ensure compliance with information security requirements.
  • Enhance company capabilities for web and mobile application development and hosting.
  • Support BD, marketing, and design in HEOR website performance and maintenance.
  • Manage company domains.
  • Contribute to new project proposals.
  • Collaborate with HEOR colleagues on innovative client solutions.
  • Engage in thought leadership to challenge industry perspectives.
  • Transform project goals into web applications.
  • Generate reusable internal assets with cross-functional HEOR teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • A solid command ofHTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), enabling you to craft clean, responsive user interfaces.
  • Proven experience buildingdynamic, scalable applications with React.js.
  • Hands-on expertise withNode.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks to power robust back-end services.
  • StrongPython development skills, especially for building and maintaining back-end systems.
  • Deep understanding ofRESTful and GraphQL APIs, with a focus on designing efficient, scalable integrations.
  • Familiarity withcloud platforms like Azure, and experience deploying serverless applications in real-world environments.
  • A strong grasp ofsecurity best practices, including OAuth, session management, and encryption.
  • Awareness ofindustry standardssuch asISO 27001andCyber Essentials Plus, ensuring compliance and data protection.
  • Experience setting up and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesusing tools like GitHub Actions and Docker.
  • A test-driven mindset, with hands-on experience inunit, integration, and end-to-end testingusing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Practical knowledge ofworkflow automationusing GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Proficiency inInfrastructure as Code (IaC)using tools likeTerraformorBicepto manage scalable infrastructure
