About the Role:

Who doesn’t want to work in an environment with like-minded people with opportunities to push yourself, develop new skills, and have a bit of banter?

• As our front-end developer, you’ll be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect websites for a wide range of international clients. You’ll work closely with our UX and UI designers to ensure the final product not only looks great but functions flawlessly. You’ll engage directly with clients, lead projects, improve processes, and support other team members as needed.

What you need to have / be:

• A minimum of 3 years experience as a front-end developer or similar role
• A recent portfolio of work
• Ability to discuss, plan, price, and execute client projects
• Passionate about the small details
• Proficiency in WordPress & WooCommerce
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to follow a brief and manage time effectively

What we’d like you to have:

• Experience working on other content management systems (Shopify, Craft, etc.)
• A good understanding of accessibility best practices
• A good understanding of how to use REST APIs to fetch and manipulate data
• Extensive knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields
• Solid understanding of GSAP and web-based animations
• Experience using frameworks (Foundation, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Experience working with Enhance servers
• A good understanding of visual identity & using branding guidelines

What you’ll be up to:

• Developing new websites delivered from our creative team
• Supporting existing clients with tweaks and updates
• Managing DNS records
• Assisting management on pricing jobs
• Collaborating closely with our designers
• Constantly improving processes and looking for 1% gains
• Communicating directly with clients throughout projects
