Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Head of Front Office Treasury in London to lead liquidity management, FX execution, and risk oversight across the group. You will drive cash strategy, oversee intercompany funding, and manage key banking relationships to optimise capital and funding costs.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate treasury, strong leadership, policy governance, and hands-on experience with Kyriba and treasury systems to deliver robust cash optimisation while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

10+ years in corporate treasury with front-office exposure.
Proven leadership in FX, liquidity, and risk.
Strong background in policy compliance and governance.
Experience managing intercompany funding strategies and investment options.
Familiarity with Kyriba treasury system.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily liquidity and cash positions across all group entities.
Authorise and oversee execution of treasury transactions, including FX, derivatives, loans, and intercompany funding.
Ensure robust compliance with treasury policies and regulatory frameworks.
Own the investment and funding strategy for surplus cash.
Build and manage strong banking and financial institution relationships.
Monitor counterparty risks and oversee exposure management.
Lead and develop a team of treasury analysts and dealers.
