Job Responsibilities:
  • Be the ‘face of IBIS London City Shoreditch’, welcoming guests warmly and making their stay memorable.
  • Be present and visible, creating a welcoming environment and establishing personal relationships with guests.
  • Prioritize guest relations while following administrative procedures.
  • Create memorable moments for guests.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing information and connecting them with appropriate services.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage team at the bar if required to ensure excellent service.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a current visa. Documentation will be required during recruitment.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with FOLS or similar systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Training will be provided in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures. Fluency in English is essential.
