Are you a highly motivated, customer-focused individual ready to make a difference? We're looking for someone like you to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable and seamless guest experiences.

What You'll Do:
  1. Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, and responding to inquiries.
  2. Handle Requests Efficiently: Address guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.
  3. Manage Communications: Answer phone calls and emails, take reservations, and manage guest information.
  4. Support Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, record-keeping, and report generation.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

The property boasts 136 bedrooms, including family bedrooms for up to 5, an ideal wedding venue for up to 180 guests, and 10 versatile meeting rooms for up to 200 delegates. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness suite, treatment rooms, sauna, steam-room, spa bath, and dining options in our Grill, lounge, and bar.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including reservation and property management systems
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Opera Cloud knowledge
