Job Description

As our next Front Office Team Member, you will:

  • Take care of guests from their arrival through to departure
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay
  • Handle guest complaints and remarks promptly
  • Carry out all operations concerning guest arrival and departure according to internal procedures
  • Inform guests about formalities, special conditions, and available services
  • Handle phone calls
  • Apply internal audit procedures
  • Pass on information to other departments and team members as necessary
  • Ensure all guest documentation is up-to-date and available
  • Update guest information regularly
  • Handle reservations

Qualifications
