Role Responsibilities
  • Be the welcoming face of Ibis Edinburgh South Bridge, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Ensure a memorable guest experience.
  • Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Ensure all charges are accurate and posted timely.
  • Handle calls professionally.
  • Document internal and guest messages accurately.
  • Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management and supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Experience with OPERA cloud is valued.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Customer service skills.

Training will be provided in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures.
