Join Our Hotel Team as a Front Office Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Answer calls and emails, manage reservations, and maintain guest information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with reservation and property management systems
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
