About the Job:

We are seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join us at Jumeirah Lowndes Tower. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing daily operations and motivating the team to achieve goals.
  2. Creating and managing timelines, delegating tasks effectively.
  3. Exemplifying compassion, honesty, and integrity to set a positive example.
  4. Greeting and attending to personnel, clients, and guests professionally and discreetly.
  5. Briefing staff, preparing duty rosters, and making necessary adjustments.
  6. Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
