At InterContinental London Park Lane, we have fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Front Office Team Leader at our luxury hotel in Mayfair with an immediate start date

As a Front Office Team Leader, you will champion the delivery of True Hospitality by leading the reception team and supporting front office operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve hotel goals. Your leadership will inspire your team to exceed expectations and embody the values of IHG.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise reception operations and support front office functions
• Ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to manage room readiness
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Manage room allocations and inventory based on guest needs
• Support training and team development

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel front office/reception role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Opera PMS, IHG systems, and Microsoft Office
• A hands-on, guest-first attitude with great local knowledge
• Shifts include mornings, evenings, and overnights.
