Job description

Liquidnet is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join the EMEA Front Office Support team. The role involves supporting a range of cross-platform market-leading technologies to ensure the smooth operation of our bespoke trading platform. Responsibilities include supporting proprietary and third-party applications, with a focus on Transaction & Regulatory Reporting, automation, project contributions, client migrations, and cloud technology adoption. The role also involves member user administration, support via phone and email, OMS integration, and trade lifecycle support.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and high customer service orientation, with strong FIX, database (SQL, Sybase, Oracle), Linux, cloud, Windows, and networking troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a 'follow the sun' model with global teams in APAC and US
  • Performing pre-market health checks
  • Providing daily application support and troubleshooting
  • Supporting back-office flows, especially Regulatory and Transaction Reporting
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders
  • Creating and tracking incident reports
  • Supporting product testing and projects
  • Identifying platform improvements

Qualifications and Skills:
