About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a part-time Front Office Receptionist to join our team and welcome members with a warm and friendly smile. In this role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for RACV City Club. You'll be on your feet and utilizing your amazing customer service skills to provide our members with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You'll be motivated and hardworking with a “can-do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check in and out of members
  • Process payments
  • Maintain records
  • Upsell products & services
  • Assist members with requests and information
  • Work closely with other departments

Full availability and flexibility are required to work a variety of shifts, on a 7-day rotating roster, between 7 am - 11 pm weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Front office receptionist experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort is highly desirable
  • A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience, delivering a high standard of service
  • Excellent administration skills, including MS Office & Outlook, attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and efficient time management skills
  • Be friendly, confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, display a positive attitude, and excellent personal presentation
  • Work well in a team environment, under pressure, and with diverse groups of people
