Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Athena/Python Front Office Software Engineer to join an agile Commodities Tech team.

You will build, enhance and deliver trusted market-leading technology products for the front office in a secure, scalable way. You will work with Precious Metals and Agriculture trading, quantitative research, and sales, designing and maintaining trading applications while driving code quality and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience delivering design, development, testing, and operations.
• Experience in Python or Java and large-scale systems.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Analytical, curious, and eager to learn.
