Job Title: Front Office - Private Equity Business Analyst – eFront Specialist

Location:London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Contract Type:6-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilledPrivate Equity Business Analyst with hands-on experience ineFrontand a deep understanding ofprivate equity asset classes. This role will support front-office operations, enhance data workflows, and contribute to investment analysis and reporting.

You will work closely with investment teams and technology stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture, cash flow forecasting, and performance tracking across a range of private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert foreFront, supporting configuration, data integrity, and reporting.
• Collaborate with front-office teams to understand investment structures and ensure accurate representation in systems.
• Analyse and interpret data related to private equity investments, including fund commitments, drawdowns, distributions, and valuations.
• Support the development ofcash flow modelsandJ-curve projections.
• Assist in the design and optimisation ofworkflow pipelinesand investment processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and fund administrators.
• Proven experience working witheFrontin a private equity environment.
• Strong understanding ofprivate equity asset classes, including fund structures, co-investments, secondaries, and direct investments.
• Experience withcash flow forecasting, capital calls, and distribution modelling.
• Familiarity withinvestment restrictions, compliance workflows, and operational due diligence.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
