The Castle Hotel Windsor is situated amongst some of the most historic examples of architecture in the United Kingdom. The hotel itself dates back to the 1500s and sits opposite the magnificent Windsor Guildhall, with royal attractions such as Windsor Castle and St. George’s Chapel both within easy reach for guests who are eager to immerse themselves in all that Windsor has to offer.

Our Opportunity

As the Front Office Manager, you will serve as the face of the hotel, leading the Front Office team and ensuring every guest receives a warm and professional welcome. You will be the first point of contact for both guests and team members, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. Previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably within the luxury four- or five-star market, is essential.

In addition to providing outstanding service, you will provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support to the Front Office team, fostering a motivated and service-oriented environment. You will be responsible for the training, mentoring, and development of team members, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to hotel standards. Coordination with other departments will be key to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the hotel.

Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) will give you an advantage, and strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and immaculate personal presentation are all crucial. A professional yet warm personality will complete the picture of an ideal candidate for this role.
