Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in Front Office Department is essential.
  • Full Flexible working between Monday to Sunday.

Job Description

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.

Contract - Permanent/Full Time

As our Front Office Manager, you…

  • Represent the hotel with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency at all times.
  • Ensure all guest needs, comfort, and satisfaction are prioritized and addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and front desk area all the times.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop the Front Office Night and Day team & Reservations.
  • Ensure departmental policies and procedures are understood and consistently followed.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food and Beverage, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain vigilance with regard to security, fraud, and safety.
  • Oversee all front office procedures including check-in/out, billing, cashiering, and night audit.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with your team and other departments.
  • Chair regular department meetings and contribute to hotel leadership discussions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work closely with the Talent & Culture department to ensure compliance with HR procedures and standards.
  • Handle key reservation issues and guest queries when escalated.
  • Oversee the Reservations team to ensure accurate, timely bookings and maximize room occupancy.
