A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE MANAGER AT ALOFT LIVERPOOL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Operations Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.

  • Manage the Front Office & Nights Team to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest service.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring team members are well-informed and compliant.
  • Foster strong working relationships with other managers and departments to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance and coaching for improvement.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet business needs and ensure efficient operation.
