Job Title: Front Office Manager

The Castle Hotel Windsor, a historic hotel dating back to the 1500s located opposite Windsor Guildhall, near Windsor Castle and St. George’s Chapel, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager.

Role Overview

As the Front Office Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities include overseeing guest arrivals and departures, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in hotel reception, preferably in a luxury four- or five-star setting
  • Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure with a warm and professional demeanor
