Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club Front Desk Manager
Are you passionate about guest service and someone who strives to always go that extra mile? We are looking for a star-player to come and lead our Front Desk team those who meet and greet our guests and are often central to the memory-making elements of their stay with us.
We need you to be motivated and motivating; to support and encourage your team to anticipate guest needs (often before they know they need something) and then consistently deliver.

Job Summary
Responsible for Front Desk daily operations and supervision of the Front Desk team. Position directs and works with associates to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of the highest standards of service, striving to ensure guest and associate satisfaction whilst maximizing the financial performance of the department.
