What you’ll do…
- Ensure guests feel valued and want to return.
- Lead and manage a high-energy team, setting goals and fostering an environment where team members can be themselves.
- Manage departmental costs within budget guidelines.
- Train staff on hotel standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain good relationships between departments such as front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
- Be fully aware of health and safety procedures and policies.
- Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams, understanding all related procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Assist the sales and events team with site inspections and familiarization with hotel facilities.
