What you’ll do…

  • Ensure guests feel valued and want to return.
  • Lead and manage a high-energy team, setting goals and fostering an environment where team members can be themselves.
  • Manage departmental costs within budget guidelines.
  • Train staff on hotel standard operating procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain good relationships between departments such as front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
  • Be fully aware of health and safety procedures and policies.
  • Participate in hotel crisis and fire teams, understanding all related procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Assist the sales and events team with site inspections and familiarization with hotel facilities.

  • Leadership qualities, leading by example and creating an environment for team success.
