We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Front Office Manager at Clayton Hotel Birmingham.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Front Office Manager will lead guest experiences at check-in, check-out, and during their stay. As the first point of contact within the hotel, we seek a reliable and trustworthy team member with excellent customer service skills to represent our hotel and brand. Building rapport with guests through a charming and professional attitude is essential.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest quality of guest experience.
  • Lead the team to achieve goals related to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
  • Develop the Front Office team to prepare them for future career steps.
  • Assist in managing front office departmental operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role.
  • Strong skills in people leadership and development.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and delegate tasks.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
