Full-time, Part Time | (Monday–Friday, 9am–2pm)

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a leading UK-based legal and professional services business in the search for an Office Host to join their growing Front of House team.

As an Office Host, you will be the face of the business, creating a seamless, premium in-office experience for clients and colleagues. This role goes far beyond reception – it’s about delivering service excellence, professionalism, and discretion, while ensuring the office environment consistently reflects the firm’s commitment to quality, relationships, and professionalism.

You will be pivotal in shaping the client and colleague experience, setting the tone of the office, and supporting the business’s vision to be the leading full-service professional services provider in the UK regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client hosting & guest experience – act as first point of contact, providing a concierge-level welcome from arrival to departure, including greetings, coat check, refreshments, and attentive care.
  • Brand representation – embody the firm’s values through professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
  • Front of House excellence – maintain an immaculate, premium reception and client suite.
  • Events & hospitality support – assist with internal events, lunches, and meetings, delivering seamless food and beverage service.
  • Meeting room management – ensure all client-facing spaces are fully prepared, well-stocked, and ready for use.
  • Premium office standards – uphold clear-desk policies and maintain a refined office environment.
  • Colleague support – welcome and orientate new starters, set up workstations, and provide general support.
  • Workplace coordination – update seating plans, facilitate desk moves, and ensure minimal disruption.
  • Operational administration – oversee post distribution, courier coordination, confidential waste, and stationery audits.
  • Equipment audits – carry out daily checks on AV, catering, and office systems, reporting issues as needed.
