Front Office Delivery Manager - Commodities Trading - London TWE40759

twentyAI has partnered with a global commodities trading firm seeking a Front Office Delivery Manager to join their technology team. Over the past five years, this firm has experienced significant growth and remains a leader in the commodities trading sector.

As a Front Office Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with Technical Leads to support various in-flight projects within the front office and oversee transversal projects, including implementing a new ETRM system and onboarding new products.

This role is suited for someone who has successfully delivered change in challenging environments, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has the ability to motivate a team. Prior delivery experience in front office technology within the commodities sector is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and Quality Assurance professionals.
2. Implement and oversee agile methodologies to ensure efficient workflows and delivery processes.
3. Maintain and prioritize the project backlog, working with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.
