Job Description:

twentyAI have partnered with a Global Commodities Trading firm who are looking for a Front Office Delivery Manager to join their technology function. Over the past five years, this firm has experienced significant growth and continues to stand out as one of the most successful businesses in Commodities Trading space.

As a Front Office Delivery Manager, you will work closely with Technical Leads to support a variety of in-flight projects across the front office space as well as managing a whole host of transversal projects including implementing a new ETRM and assisting with new products onboarding.

This role would suit someone that has delivered change in a difficult environment and has the ability to work on multiple projects whilst motivating a team. Previous delivery experience within the commodities space directly linked to front office technology is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BA’s and QA’s
• Implement and manage agile methodologies, ensuring efficient workflow and delivery processes
• Maintain and prioritise the backlog, working with key senior stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Lead planning sessions
• Support the migration to a new platform ensuring minimal disruption

Experience

• Proven experience in delivery management or project management and team leadership
• Proven stakeholder management especially with the front office
• Strong knowledge of the commodities trading environment
• Product knowledge across metals, oil, gas
