Qualifikationen

• Strong commercial C++ development experience, ideally C++17+.
• Experience building or supporting electronic trading systems.
• Understanding OMS/EMS, order execution and trading gateways.
• Experience in live production trading environments.
• Exposure to equities/futures/FX etc.
• Familiarity with FIX connectivity or exchange protocols.
• Python experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Enhance and maintain a live algorithmic execution platform for the Delta One equities business.
• Develop and improve order execution, routing, and trading gateway functionality.
• Work directly with traders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve production issues within a live trading environment.
• Support testing, certification, compliance, and release processes for trading systems.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, network and infra teams across London, NA and wider groups.
• Become a key engineering owner for the London trading platform over time.
