Job summary

Jupiter Asset Mgmt in London is establishing a Front Office Aladdin team to strengthen Aladdin workflows across investment teams. You will analyse and implement best-in-class Aladdin configurations, supporting portfolio managers, analysts, and traders.

The role requires 2–3 years in asset management with hands-on Aladdin experience and strong communication skills. The role offers a 3:2 hybrid working pattern with part of the week in the office near Victoria station and flexible remote days,

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in asset management with Aladdin.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Aladdin core capabilities and data flows.
• Excellent communication skills to translate Aladdin concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a gold standard for Aladdin configuration and governance across investment teams.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Traders to capture requirements and assess feasibility.
• Map current Front Office workflows to identify how Aladdin can improve decision-making and risk insight.
• Help Front Office users adopt Aladdin effectively and understand data dependencies and controls.
• Ensure documentation with service definitions, operating procedures, and change records.
