Position: Front Office Manager
Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, located in Glengormley).

Primary Duties:
- Greet and assist customers and guests at the premises
- Manage incoming calls and redirect as necessary
- Follow up on property inquiries and oversee transaction processes
- Ensure the smooth functioning and tidiness of the reception area
- Promote business growth through client interactions
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a comparable position, such as Administrative Lead or Client Relations Specialist
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Advanced knowledge of office software, particularly spreadsheets
- Comfortable with office technology and digital tools
