Job summary

Zizzi is hiring a Front of House Team Member to deliver warm, genuine hospitality in a busy restaurant. You’ll greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure smooth service from tables to the kitchen and bar teams.

As a Front of House Team Member (or Waiter), you set the tone. Service at Zizzi isn't about scripts. We're looking for real people who can give genuine hospitality. From the first hello to grating cheese like a pro, you'll ensure our guests have a feel-good experience. It's fast-paced and hands-on, but always a team effort.

• Be a menu expert. Confidently recommend our dishes, drinks, and desserts.
• Own your section. Serve food and drinks with pride, managing tables efficiently while working with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Add your own touch. Use your individuality to spot small details that can make a big difference to your guests' experience - like a surprise treat on a big day.
