As a Team Member, you will support your team to ensure high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. Your role is vital in maintaining our brand standards, working collaboratively, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction in all interactions.

  • Assist guests with menu selections and upselling.
  • Process orders using the POS system.
  • Support in food preparation and packaging.
  • Ensure food presentation is appealing.

  • Answer phone inquiries professionally.
  • Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
