Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Front of House Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. You’ll work with a friendly team, learn the menu, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy nights.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with real enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what they need before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one they remember.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar so every plate and drink goes out right.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready for guests.
• Handle payments accurately and with care.
