Prezzo Trading LTD is hiring a Front of House Team Member to warmly welcome guests, suggest dishes, and ensure a memorable dining experience. You’ll work closely with kitchens and bar staff to deliver accurate orders and attentive service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that guests want to repeat.

Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported by a team that looks after one another. This role offers growth within Prezzo Italian and Brava Hospitality Group.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks with real enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately, including allergen and dietary requests, following our procedures every time.
• Keep an eye on every table so guests have what they need before they ask.
• Make every guest's first and last impression one they remember.
