Job description

Front of House | The Woolpack Inn, Totford, Hampshire
Beautifully restored country pub with rooms | Fresh, seasonal food | Warm, relaxed service

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Front of House team members to join us at the Woolpack Inn – a newly refurbished, Grade I listed pub with rooms, tucked away in the Hampshire countryside.

Following a full refurbishment, The Woolpack has reopened with a focus on quality, comfort, and exceptional food and drink, using seasonal, local produce – including ingredients grown in our own Market Garden. We're building a warm and welcoming team who love great service and thrive in a relaxed, quality-driven environment.

About the Role:

As a Front of House team member, you’ll be part of creating a memorable experience for every guest – whether it’s a laid-back lunch, a romantic dinner, or a weekend getaway. From taking orders and serving drinks to sharing your knowledge of the menu, your role will be key in making people feel welcome and well looked after.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly and approachable with great people skills

  • Comfortable working in a busy restaurant or pub setting

  • A team player with a positive attitude

  • Passionate about food, drink, and hospitality

  • Reliable and happy to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

  • Experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive hourly pay + tips

  • Supportive, friendly team and great working atmosphere

  • Opportunity to learn and grow in a respected, independent venue

  • A stunning rural setting with a loyal and growing customer base

If you enjoy looking after people, love working in a team, and want to be part of something exciting, we’d love to hear from you.
