We run friendly, welcoming, and positive pubs, restaurants, and hotels with high standards, taking a different approach to others by always striving to be the best we can be.

We are seeking a front of house team member to join our family. This role involves delivering exceptional bar and waiting hospitality to our customers.

Located in a quiet side street, this 300-year-old pub offers three distinct dining experiences to suit any mood.

What’s in it for you?

  • The opportunity to work for an award-winning business. We have won the Best Food Offer (2019 & 2020) and Best Managed Pub Company (2021) at The UK Publican Awards. You will be working with some of the most talented people in the industry.
  • Access to Liberation Life — a platform where you can earn cashback with major retailers, save on holidays, groceries, gifts, and more.
  • The chance to work for a diverse, eclectic company and gain experience across various businesses and food offerings. We value your ideas and take a collaborative approach to business development.
  • A competitive hourly rate plus an equal share of tips.
  • Access to industry-leading training and development through our ‘Pillars of Progression’ programme.
  • Additional support and coaching from our talented managers.
  • Work closely with locally sourced, award-winning food and drink, including our own beer.
  • We provide the tools and have invested significantly in our properties to help you succeed.
  • Enjoy team parties, events, training courses, great suppliers, and industry-leading rewards, discounts, and benefits, including 50% off food on shift.
  • We care about our team’s wellbeing. We are ambassadors for the Burnt Chef Project, promoting mental health awareness and support. We also offer a 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for additional support.
