German Doner Kebab is a rapidly expanding restaurant brand, known for changing the kebab experience. With over 90 locations worldwide, we lead in the Casual Dining sector, offering industry-leading service, exceptional food, and memorable guest experiences.

We are seeking enthusiastic Team Members to grow with us and share in our success. Your role involves supporting the team to deliver high-quality food, outstanding customer care, and excellent service. You will be instrumental in maintaining brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prioritizing guest satisfaction in all actions.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Assisting guests with menu choices and upselling.
  • Processing orders via POS system.
  • Delivering and preparing food and beverages.
  • Ensuring food presentation is appealing.
  • Promoting additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Handling sales transactions and providing receipts.
  • Greeting guests warmly and genuinely.
  • Answering phone inquiries.
  • Assembling and packaging orders according to brand standards.
  • Keeping guest areas clean and sanitary.
  • Ensuring orders are complete and ready for guests.
  • Adhering to brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
