Your role will involve supporting the team to deliver high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. You will be key in maintaining brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Here is what you need:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction in all tasks.
  • Maintain a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Assist guests with meal and drink choices and upselling.
  • Process orders through the POS system.
  • Assist in food and beverage preparation and packing.
  • Ensure food presentation looks appealing.
  • Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Handle sales transactions, provide receipts, and deliver food.
  • Greet guests warmly and genuinely.
  • Handle telephone inquiries professionally.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards.
  • Keep guest areas clean, sanitary, and tidy.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and ready for guests.
  • Work according to brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
