German Doner Kebab is seeking Team Members to join our growing brand. We are a market leader in casual dining with over 90 restaurants worldwide, known for industry-leading service, exceptional food, and memorable guest experiences.

As a Team Member, you will support the team in delivering high-quality food, excellent guest care, and outstanding service. Your role is crucial in maintaining our brand standards, working collaboratively, and ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assisting guests with menu selections and upselling.
• Processing orders via POS system and delivering food.
• Ensuring food presentation is appealing.
• Promoting additional menu items to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Handling sales transactions and providing receipts.
• Greeting guests warmly and answering inquiries.
• Assembling and packaging orders to brand standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas.
• Ensuring all orders are complete and ready for guests.
• Adhering to brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
