Front of House Team Member - Basingstoke, Hampshire

We are seeking Team Members who are eager to grow with us and share in our success. You will support and work as part of a team to deliver quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. Your role is crucial in helping us meet brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Here is what you need:

  • Our Guest is first in everything we do.
  • Have a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing up-sell information.
  • Process guest orders through the POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure food portions look appealing.
  • Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process sales, provide receipts, and deliver food.
  • Greet every guest warmly and genuinely.
  • Answer phone inquiries and handle them professionally.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in guest areas.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and ready for guests.
  • Work according to Brand standards and deliver exceptional service.
