You will support and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service! Your role is vital in helping us meet our brand standards, work within a great team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

What you need:

Restaurant Team Member Front of House:

  • Prioritize guest satisfaction in all tasks.
  • Maintain a positive “can do” attitude.
  • Assist guests with meal and drink choices, and upsell when appropriate.
  • Process orders through the POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in food and beverage preparation and packing.
  • Ensure food presentation is appealing.
  • Promote additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process sales, provide receipts, and deliver food.
  • Greet every guest warmly and genuinely.
  • Handle telephone inquiries professionally.
  • Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
  • Keep guest areas clean, sanitary, and tidy.
  • Ensure all orders are complete and ready for the guest.
  • Follow brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
